Dr. Martindale was the Reporter for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts’ Model Standards for Child Custody Evaluation, was a member of the AFCC’s Task Force on Child Custody Consultation, and a member of the task force that developed the AFCC’s Guidelines for Parenting Plan Evaluations in Family Law Cases.
He is the co-author of The Art and Science of Child Custody Evaluations. He has authored or co-authored 79 articles in professional journals, and 14 text chapters.
He has presented 6 parenting plan evaluator training programs recorded for distribution, and has offered 155 presentations for evaluators, family law attorneys, and judges.
